HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
Blossom Stitches will send a confirmation email for your order to the email address associated with your Blossom Stitches order. In this email you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER AN OUTFIT THAT IS OUT OF STOCK?
Yes, this is possible as we are the designers of these outfits so we also have the ability for customized tailoring. The only downside in this is that it will take a period of one month for your customized order to be ready. For custom order please fill out our custom design form.
IS SHIPPING FREE?
Shipping is free for our customers in Texas region only (if the order size is $150 or more). If you live outside of Texas and the United States of America there is a charge for shipping goods to you. If you want to return an item, we kindly ask you pay the cost of shipping the item back to us unless you are returning them because the items are incorrect, damaged or faulty.
WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Blossom Stitches encourages customers to pay online by Visa, Mastercard or Paypal at the time of purchase using our secure terminal. Blossom Stitches also allows for its customers in the Texas region who are walk in customers to pay with cash.
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
Delivery takes approximately 2-3business days for Texas region orders depending on your selected delivery method at the time you place your order. If you live in Texas and place your order by 9am the goods will be shipped to you the same day but if you place your order by 1pm your order will be shipped out the next day. For all other states in the United States delivery takes approximately 3-5 days. For orders going outside the United States, give your order one weeks to be delivered to you. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your goods have been shipped.
